With just over a week left to UFC 90, Shannon Gugerty and older brother, Brian Gugerty, prepare for Shannon’s next fight against UFC veteran Spencer Fisher. Shannon won by submission in Round 1 of his UFC debut against Dale Hartt at UFC Fight Night in July. His trainers Jocko and Dean Lister, put Shannon through a highly technical, endurance-paced workout with help from fellow fighters Hermes Franca and Greg McIntyre.
